-All items can be consigned for a 3 month period.

-We are accepting the following types of items for consignment: 'Ready to go in the home' Furniture (new and
old), Antiques, Leaded Glass, Artwork, Collectables, Garden Items, Dinnerware, Glassware and anything
'Curious' and unusual (sorry, no clothes).

-Although we have 2500 sq. ft. of sales area, it can be completely full at times. PLEASE, we ask that you call for
an appt. first before bringing items to the store 610-685-3996.

- The commission rate for consignment is a 50/50 split and 10% off during special sales events. We will display
your treasures in one of our two buildings - The Main Victorian House or the newly renovated Studio located
across the Courtyard Garden. As our website is developed, your things can be listed on our Online Showroom.

-A special commission rate of a 60/40 split will be offered to all local Artists and Craftspeople who present their
works for sale to help encourage the Arts in Berks County. Ask about having your own art show here in our
Courtyard Garden at no cost to you for the use of the space!

-One last consideration - We are an upscale consignment store and not a thrift shop. Items brought in for
consignment should be clean, polished, and in presentable condition or a fee will be charged for cleaning.
